Education is the prime matter should be given to human, and the urgent parts of
education should be given are moral and character. Both of them are currently in state of being
crisis. Let’s look at to the current cases occurring in Indonesian education range. A student
murders a teacher, and a teacher is imprisoned due to his/her act hitting his/her student. It’s an
indication that our education only problem is a lack of moral and character and lack of good
relationship between parents and teachers.
The only one solution to resolve the cases is creating a superb relationship the so-called
triangle relationship. A relationship among students, parents and teachers. Superb
collaboration created by the three will produce brilliant students can be trusted in the future.

The relation between teacher and student. As the second parent of the students,
teachers should educate the students concerning to the good deeds in non-violent efforts, and
in the same way, students should honor, obey and submit to the master’s command as long

The relation between teacher and parent. Both parent and teacher should have a
cooperative relationship to educate and to take care of the students. Only can the students get
an education and develop all their own potency if built a harmonious cooperation between
teacher and parent. In addition, they should be equally support students as the current
education system is on the cusp of a new phase the so-called education 4.0 which is a desired
approach to learning aligning itself with the emerging fourth industrial revolution.

tough background to create students. Both of them should be always close to. Parent must
teach their children to respect their teacher and their profession. Parent should be in the same
shoes as teachers and on the other hand children should be always respectful, submissive and
