Maximum strength- highest level of muscle force that can be produce.


ex. Powerlifting
Elastic strength- manner of describing ductility. This means when body is deformed it is returned to its original shape.
ex. Jumping activities
Strength endurance- ability to produce force for time.
ex. Sit ups and pull-overs
