Subject: Issuance of Renewed e-Certificate and e-ID Card- Reg

As per the certification procedures for Energy Managers given in the Regulation 2010, the
certified Energy Managers are required to get their certificates renewed after every five years
by attending a short-term refresher training course conducted by the Bureau of Energy
Efficiency (BEE) or any other approved agency. In this regard, the competent authority of BEE
has approved National Productivity Council (NPC) on behalf of BEE, to issue the Renewed
Certificate for Energy Managers, who had attended the two-day refresher course.

In this context, the candidates who have attended the refresher training course are advised
to fill in the Form-V and mail the scan copy of the filled in form along with the necessary
enclosures to “certificaterenewal@em-ea.in”.

On acceptance of the submitted “Form-V”, the candidate would be eligible to download the
renewed e-certificate and e-ID card from 1st March 2020 onwards from the website.

The acceptance would be communicated through a SMS notification to the candidate

registered mobile no.
