1. TE DESKTOP INSTALLATION (Windows)

1. Download installation file from:

https://www.pmo.gov.my/vc-download/9eaf5a7b1f9c0650f966f6fabeea6e68.exe

2. Once download has been completed, locate the file.

3. Open the file.
4. Select English, and then OK.

5. Select destination folder for TE Desktop file, then click Install.

6. Click next to continue the installation

7. Wait for the installation to complete.

8. Tick Run TE Desktop V6.6.1.1215 and click Finish.

10. Fill in the details as below

Server IP: 219.92.244.35

ID created - 33080

Password - as given by admin

11. The configuration on the registration server settings

Address: 219.92.244.35

Port - 5061

12. The configuration on the Advanced Settings

Media port: 219.92.244.35

SIP Port - 5060

13. Click the green arrow then wait a few seconds to log in

2. How to make calls

1. On Interface of TE Desktop, click Keypad icon.

2. Dial meeting room ID and click the green button.

Example: 666666

3. If success, you will see your video and other participants in the meeting room.
