MEMORANDUM OF UNDERTANDING

This agreement, between “PERPULE” and the DTU Cultural Council—Delhi Technological University Student
Association, is to ascertain that DTU Cultural Council accepted offered sponsorship for Engifest’19 of Delhi
Technological University. The event will be organised in DTU, Delhi from 15th February 2019 to 17th February 2019.

PERPULE will receive the following, as part of the agreement:

Provisions from DTU Cultural Council:

• Declaration of PERPULE as the “Engifest – Co Presented by Perpule”




• Perpule to get 10,000 assured organic registrations.

• Perpule to present Punjabi Night which would be held on 16th February.

• Emcee mentions at Punjabi Night for Perpule on 16th February.

• 30 exclusive Perpule standees to be placed at strategic locations during the

duration of the fest.

• 60 Perpule exclusive posters (2x3) sq. ft. to be posted at all the major locations
of the fest.

• A 20x20 sq. ft. Perpule exclusive flex to be hung at strategic locations during the
duration of the fest.

• A 20x20 sq. ft. space to be given to Perpule for their crowd engagement kiosk
around OAT the main hub of the fest. Tenting, Electricity, Water supply,Tables
and Chairs to be provided for the same.

• 5 social media posts with creatives from Perpule to be posted on all our social
media handles. Screenshot of the same to be shared with Perpule.

• A 10-15 seconds length Perpule AV to be played in loop at all the pronites.

• Logo Presence across all fest collaterals, posters, main flex etc.

• Extensive branding and promotion starting 1 week before the commencement of

the fest.
 • PERPULE logo and website links on the official website, Facebook Page and
android page. The same’s offline publicity to be carried out by our publicity
team.

Provisions from PERPULE :

▪ INR 4,00,000 to be paid by Perpule.

▪ All the branding material exclusive to Perpule to be given by

▪ INR 30/- to be paid for each registration post the 10,000 mark of registrations till 20,000, post that it’s non chargeable to
Perpule

Terms and Conditions:

• 100% of the total amount to be paid at the time of signing of MoU.

• All dedicated branding material to be provided by PERPULE.

• Post the 10,000 number of registrations the said amount has to be paid at every 2000 registrations.
