Ingredients:
1kg lentils
1/3 kg rice
Process:
1. Clean lentils
2. Boil them in water. As soon as the water boils, strain.
3. In the pot, put 8 cups of water plus the lentils and turn on the heating
4. As soon as it boils, we add the rice, the broth, tomato paste, olive oil,
sunflower oil and salt.
5. Cook on medium heat for about half an hour since the rice has been added
(pot almost fully covered by lid)
6. Finish!
Side note: when I make it, as much lentils as I add, I usually add 1/3 in rice, and x3 in water.
U know, rule of thumb. But don’t consider this set in stone Also, better a bit more water
than a bit less ;)
