    Steps/ Procedures:

    1. Do the following task for Information Sheet LO3-1. Use ? : structure.

    Task 1 : Create a program that accepts five grades of a student, then compute its
    average and determine whether the average is a passing, a failing grade.

    Sample Output:

    Input 1st Grade : 89


    Input 2nd Grade : 90
    Input 3rd Grade : 93
    Input 4th Grade : 88
    Input 5th Grade : 87

    AVERAGE: 89.4
    It is a PASSING Grade!

    2. Create a document of the about above task.

    3. Save it as .doc or .docx or .pdf.

    4. Filename format will Activity_number-Subject-Lastname_Firstname.doc or


    Activity_number-Subject-Lastname_Firstname.docx or Activity_number-Subject-
    Lastname_Firstname.pdf

    5. Send you document for activity 3 to my messenger account. The document should
