Literatur review this is related to “Strategy for Increasing Sustainability of
Fresh-Cut Vegetable Agroindustri”.
1. According to: Sultan and Saurabh, 2013 “Sustainability is a set of institutions,
policies, and factors that drive productivity of a company with ensuring social, environmental and economic sustainability.” Therefore, to achieve sustainability based on the concept of green, an appropriate alternative strategy is determined(determin). 2. According to: Persada et al, 2015 “Analytic Network Process (ANP) in decision making is objective.” Because of the interrelationship of elements in one cluster (interdependence), relationships between elements of different clusters (outerdependencies), and feedback (feedback). 3. According to: Ikatrinasari et al, 2011 “that the ANP is used in making complex decision” 4. According to: IFPA, 2017 “Cut products are products that can be used by consumers.” this is because cut products get treatments such as the removal (rimovel) of rotten (ratn) or trimming, peeling, washing, cutting. 5. According to: Martin and Soliva, 2011 “Cut products consist (kensist) of chopped vegetables, chopped fruit, chopped salad, and chopped herbs(erbs)”.
Research methods in this journal include:
1. The research method uses ANP BOCR (Analytic Network Process-Benefits
Opportunities Costs Risks). The selection of alternative strategies with the ANP method is based on the main criteria of using BOCR analysis (benefits, opportunities, costs, and risks) with sustainability criteria in the form of environment, technology, partnership, and economy. 2. Determination of criteria and sub-criteria based on literature studies was then validated by cut vegetable experts. So an expert opinion will be aggregated with Excel software (Microsoft, 2013). Then the aggregation results are processed with Superdecisions 2.2.6 software based on pairing comparisons. 3. The formulation of an alternative improvement strategy is done by evaluating (evalyuating) the highest weights based on the 𝐵𝑂 / 𝐶𝑅 analysis. This is to determine the level of influence. 4. While the determination of respondents based on the source, the type of data used in this study are primary data and secondary data. Primary data is the result (rizelt) of observations, interviews, and structured questionnaires against(aegants) respondents, while secondary data is obtained(obtain) from various sources, such as previous research, journals, books, and documents from various(vereas) agencies related to research.
