The journey, which 1 started in NTPC, way back on 2 September, 1983 has come to an end today, sparming a fascinating period of 37 yrs, 6 montfis. It was truly enjoyable and a great experience working fare with wonderful persons like you all, boing a member of TEAM NTPC. During the voyage, right from the formative years to the Maharaina Status, NTPC fias empowered me with acquiring boundless knowledge and wisdom, both in professional as well as in personal front. LfeeC privileged and immensely proud for getting the opportunity of working at a number of places ~ Greenfield project Jarakka, Takeover project Chhiota Talcher, Brownfield project Sipat, Mother Plant Singrauli, Biggest Plant Vindhyachal and ultimately biggest Regional Headquarter NR - 1 have gathered experience from all the stations and the exposure made my professional journey richer and more challenging. T have a mixed feeling of achievements and faifures during this tenure - I have shared these achievements with my esteemed colleagues and gathered strengths from the same group during the odd hours. I am extremely thankful for the guidance, advices and unstinted support, received from one and all of you which have made it possible for me to contribute in a small way toward: the glorious growth story of NTPC. 1 have always recetved the trust and cooperation from all of you in discharging my official responsibilities, for which I shall be ever grateful to you alt NIPC Family is enriched with the conviction, sincerity, fighting spirit and the special CAN DO attitude - this greatness shall surely pay off and NTPC will scale newer fieiglits in the days to come ~ this is my strong belief and’ would cherish the success for sure.
