Social Principles - Economic Community (OARRCAR)

Observation
I saw that a church has also principles regarding to economic
system in this country. They recognize the responsibilities of
the governments to develop monetary policies that provide
economic life of individuals and corporate entities.

Analysis
Upon analysis, it came to mind that the church has good intention
regarding the economic system. This is because it’s all God’s
creation.

Reaction
I felt glad about this because it shows the driven goal of UMC in
transforming society. It’s good to know that a church has its
principles. They support the community especially the poor and
encourage equitable economic growth in the country and all over
the world, providing a just opportunity to all.

Reflection
The angle I want to reflect on is that as long as you value the
economy and support all the policies that will give economic
growth you are contributing in transforming society.

Conclusion
In conclusion, according to Social Principles of the economic
community, the majority of the people in the world are trapped in
poverty that to get their basic needs such shelters, clothing,
food, healthcare, and other needs they have to go out of their
way to find a job whatever job they can get. 

Application
To help the economy grow, I would start by consuming goods and
services which are only needed or necessary things for everyday
living. Also, when the right time comes that I’m financially
capable, I will help and donate to a charity that helps the poor.
Because at this time despite growth in industrialized nations the
majority of Filipino experienced poverty.

Recommendation

I recommend this to all entrepreneurs, organizational

institutions, sectors, and individual people for them to know
this matter. We need to support each other for us to have an
economy that we deserve and provide an opportunity for all in
that no one is left behind.
