The application is for recalling of the order dated 19.01.2021

passed by this Court.

Applicant-petitioner has referred to the letter dated 21.01.2021

(Annexure A-3), whereby he has been informed by the Punjab Educational

Tribunal tht due to COVID-19 situation prevailing, no physical hearing is

possible and the cases are being taken up through Video Conferencing in

Punjab Education Tribunal.

On 19.01.2021, when this case (CWP-8075-2020) was disposed

of by this Court, a specific statement was given by learned counsel for

respondent Nos.1 and 2 that physical hearing of the cases has started before

the Educational Tribunal, Punjab. After perusing the letter dated 21.01.2021

(Annexure A-3), this Court is of the view that since cases are being taken up

by Video Conferencing in Punjab Educational Tribunal, order dated

19.01.2021 is modified to the extent that applicant-petitioner shall be at

liberty to take all the pleas before the Educational Tribunal, Punjab, as per

the procedure being adopted there.

Misc. application stands disposed of accordingly.
