Subject: Additional 11 Weeks of Benefits

You have used all benefits on your Unemployment Insurance claim and may qualify for an additional 11 weeks of benefits.
Here are the next steps:

The EDD is working on programming to add 11 weeks to your claim. In the first week of March 2021, you will be able to certify for weeks of unemployment
starting from December 27, 2020.
When the 11 weeks are added to your claim, we will notify you by SMS text message, a message in your UI Online Inbox, and/or mail via the United States
Postal Service (USPS).
After you receive this notification, you must certify for benefits in UI OnlineSM or by mail. You will be paid if you are eligible.
