SCOPE OF SUPPL As per Annexure I (BOQ), Annexure-II (Scope Of Works) 2 PRIC) The lump sum price for Installation, Testing and Commissioning of AC Units Complete with all accessories on skilled manpower deployed at site basis shall be AED 113,750.00 (UAE Dirhams One Hundred Thirteen Thousand Seven Hundred Fifty Only) ‘The rate mentioned is fixed and shall not vary on any account. Loading / un-loading, shifting/ lifting of any material related to duct installation at site will be carried out by M/s Yazdan A/C Unit Fixing & Contracting BEMCO will assist by providing helpers. BEMCO will assist you to provide tower crane from the main contractor to lift the heavy material, however, manpower for loading, unloading and shifting the material will be provided by M/s Yazdan A/C Unit Fixing & Contracting, 4. PAYMENT TERMS: Payment shall be as below: ‘© 5% Advance on signing the Contract after one week subject to quality of works at site © Balance progressive payment as per the price break up given in BOQ. ¢ BEMCO will pay for the work approved by the consultant / client. 5. VARIATION ORDERS: The amount mentioned in clause no. 2 is lumpsum contract and no variation will be accepted. The agreed price is inclusive of Installation, Testing and Commissioning of the complete works related to AC units. No variation will be acceptable if any changes! modification will be done during, before and after the commencement of the project. However, in the event of Super Fast Central Air-Conditioner Workshop's scope of work is decreased or increased, such change shall be evidenced by a written Variation Order, and the increase or decrease shall be set out in a Variation Order. BEMCO shall not be liable for any Iabour, materials, expenses, services or other items which M/s Yazdan A/C Unit Fixing & Contracting provides or agrees to provide without BEMCO’s prior written consent. All variation orders are to go through BEMCO first, or BEMCO will not pay for such changes.i) ABU DHABI ‘GO/128/SUP/CON/068 4" August, 2020 BEMCO and Mis Yazdan A/C Unit Fixing & Contracting agree that BEMCO shall not be liable for any amount greater than the amount proposed, unless through a variation order as outlined above. Except with BEMCO’s prior, written consent, M/s Yazdan A/C Unit Fixing & Contracting shall not enter into any separate or direct agreements with any customer of BEMCO during construction or within one year after closing by the customer and BEMCO, or payment in full by the customer to BEMCO, whichever is later. 6. DEFAULT: If Mls Yazdan A/C Unit Fixing & Contracting breaches this agreement, BEMCO has the tight, upon written notice to M/s Yazdan A/C Unit Fixing & Contracting , to terminate this agreement. Upon receipt of written notice, M/s Yazdan A/C Unit Fixing & Contracting shall cease all further work. BEMCO has the right to hire other subcontractors and suppliers to complete the work and no payment shall be due to M/s Yazdan A/C Unit Fixing & Contracting until the work is completed. All cost incurred in completing M/s Yazdan A/C Unit Fixing & Contracting work shall be deducted from the amount due M/s Yazdan A/C Unit Fixing & Contracting. You shall be liable to BEMCO for all damages arising out of or relating to Subcontractor’s breach of this agreement. 7. DRUG/ALCOHOL USE: Mls Yazdan A/C Unit Fixing & Contracting will ensure that its employees and others within M/s Yazdan A/C Unit Fixing & Contracting control, who are present on the job sites will be free of alcohol and other mind-altering substances, including all controlled substances. 8. SAFETY PRACTICES: M/s Yazdan A/C Unit Fixing & Contracting will comply with standard safety practices and any other requirements applicable to M/s Yazdan A/C Unit Fixing & Contracting scope of work. The works shall be executed to the complete satisfaction and approval of the FIRST PARTY (BEMCO-Abu Dhabi, the Consultant and/or Client) as, is applicable The execution program of your scope of work shall match the overall work program as approved by the First Party & Authority. The current tentative work program shall serve only as a guideline for completion of the Main Contract Work. Mls Yazdan A/C Unit Fixing & Contracting shall insure against accident(s) of all its workmen on site and shall continue such insurance during the whole time that any person(s) is employed by you on the work(s). Installation of complete Refrigerant Piping with supports, insulation, applying canvass cloth and lagging & Adhesive as per project requirement. 3. Installation of Refrigerant Pipe accessories like angie valves, dryer, sight glass, if any. 4, Installation of Refrigerant Pipe supports (either on Cable Tray/ Cable Ladder / Channel or Angle) as per project requirement. 5. Installation of UPVC Condensate drain Pipe with Insulation. 6. M/s. Yazdan A/C Unit Fixing é& Contracting will provide Nitrogen Gas for Pressure Testing & Pipe Flushing, Brazing rods (Copper Silver as per site requirement), Brazing set and Oxygen/ Acetylene gas for brazing of refrigerant pipes. a M/s. Yazdan A/C Unit Fixing & Contracting will bring their own tools (power and hand tools with consumables), PPE, ladders ete. 8. M/s. Yazdan A/C Unit Fixing & Contracting will bring vaccume pump to do vaccume of each system as per requirement before refrigerant gas charging. 9. It is responsibility of M/s, Yazdan A/C Unit Fixing & Contracting to enable the system complete with Pressure Test, Flushing with Nitrogen and keep the system ready for Commissioning 10. Electrical termination with indoor and out door units will be carried out by BEMCO and upon availability of power M/s. Yazdan A/C Unit Fixing & Contracting will commission all the AC units. Refrigerent gas for the commissioning will be provided by BEMCO. 11.BEMCO will provide material like AC units, Pipe Insulation, Canvass Cloth, Lagging and Adhesive, Copper Refrigerant Pipes.
