Good day to your good office.

I am ROMEO P. PULIDO, regular employee assigned at Santa Rosa Manpower Training

Center since March 16, 2007 – up to present. I am writing to your office to request to
continue working beyond my retirement date.

I will be reaching my compulsory retirement age of 65 on September 26, 2020. From the
start of my appointment up to my retirement date, I had only render 13 years and 4 months
of service in the government; thus I am not yet entitled to the retirement benefits of GSIS.

In this connection, I respectfully request that I be allowed to continue in the service for a
period of 1 year and 8 months to complete the fifteen (15) years of service required under
the GSIS law to avail the retirement benefits.
