Assignment Question:
National Highway Authority (NHA) is the main organization which is responsible
for Road Construction in the country. Currently, NHA has many on-going road construction projects, in
which, one project is “Lahore-Sialkot Motorway”. Its total length is 89 KM and its total cost is
Rs. 43,487 million PKR. The current project Progress is 53%.
As a student of Project Management, you are required to enlist the following types of stakeholders
