 Characteristics

Panela is a natural food and is produced from sugar cane by evaporation processes. It is a nutritious and
healthy food, with sweetening properties. This product is the result of the extradition, dehydration and
physical solidification of the juice of 100% organic sugar cane, chemical free. Organic panela provides
energy and essential nutrients such as vitamins and minerals, necessary for growth and for the
development of metabolic processes. Further, contains protein, minerals (such as calcium, iron, copper, and
phosphorus), and vitamins such as acid ascorbic and complex B. Its cultivation through organic systems
excludes the use of additives chemical, synthetic and genetic alterations, generating more intense flavors,
colors more living plants and more nutrients in the product, as well as ensuring the soils for future crops.

This product is marketed in a 500g presentation, pulverized, with packaging reseal it for better handling and
preservation of its properties once the product is opened.
