Active Planning
My active planning started with the feedback from my colleagues. I reviewed what they said and
made notes of what I was going to need to change in my project plan. Once I had all the notes
from my colleagues I looked at what I had noted while reviewing theirs. I added these elements
that I was reminded of to my list. Then I compared all of this to both rubrics.

Once I had the new set elements I needed for my updated plan I went in and started adding
them. I quickly realized the format I had started with was not going to work. I found many of the
table formats hard to follow so I needed to create a hybrid. With my hybrid plan set I started
adding in the things I had missed that had already passed, like dates and task times.

Now that I have my plan all updated I am going to be adding in the actual dates and times as I
go. I will also update any new tasks or subtasks I come across. Something else that is in
constant flux is the risk and contingency plans. While they have been the same for the most part
I am still going in and updating as new risks or contingencies arise.
