1. You are the first on the scene at a car accident on the highway.

What could you do to

keep yourself and others safe from dangers?

 In my opinion, the first thing that I need to do is to check if it’s safe to approach
the scene, I can assist the individuals involved if I had the knowledge to do a first
aid. However, I should not move any of the victims, unless they are in immediate
danger. I should also not attempt to treat any injuries unless I’m professionally
trained. My job is to help keep them as calm as possible, and out of harm’s way,
until help arrives. Let them know that help is on the way, and be as supportive as
I can. They are likely very scared and in pain, so holding their hand and
reassuring them that everything is going to be alright can go a long way.

2. You notice there is smoke coming from the kitchen at your house. Your brother runs
from the room with the sleeve of his jacket on fire. What could you do to help?

 I will help him put out the fire in his jacket to prevent the widespread fire. If I will
not help him he might just panic and stick to things that quickly spread the fire.
And the worse he might burn his body. But I will make sure that we both keep
ourselves safe. Also, whoever family members at the time of incidents.
