Banquet Flow of Events

 Cabinet arrives at 5ish sets up
 Gentlemen and their dates arrive from 6-7 and enjoy hors devours and open bar in side
room
o Slideshow of pictures playing
o People mingling
 7 o’clock, we move them to tables to start dinner
o Michael Herr prays to bless the meal
 We eat all the courses
 Dessert comes out which is my cue to begin speaking
 Thank all the guests for coming to enjoy the 112th Wheaton College Men’s Glee Club
Banquet
o It really has been quite a year for the Wheaton College Men’s Glee Club, from
performing with Michael W Smith in the fall to Stevener Gaskin in the spring.
We also have some pretty crazy stories to tell that happened amidst these
moments of success.
