Tell one important role plays in the supreme student council

-aside from the president itself the most vying position that a supreme student council holds is
the secretary in such ways that this position holds a significant place in the organization from
the meetings down to the actual activity a secretary is a vital role also to add it also serves as a
human clock of the organization which sets reminder in every event of the council.

2. What leadership lessons

- During this pandemic there are 2 leadership lessons that I can share to my fellow students
who are affected by this pandemic. First, being present and hopeful at the same time. It is
about being optimistic, while also being true to the facts. And this is not always easy, given
what the reality shows to us. No one can escape from this reality we have from day to day.
As a leader, while addressing these realities, we must continue to speak about solutions and
hope as well. And lastly, is we need to make tough decisions and work through tough
choices faster. In every places, we remember leaders who took big decisions that stayed the
course of time example is education for all, transforming ideas into action and making
choices that set a new normal for us. It may not be an easy choice for us but not taking big
decisions can hurt us more. The same us true for us in our own small spaces. Changes will
have to be made and it will be hard. We must be fair and compassionate, but also honest in
this time of pandemic , no one wanted to be sick nor dead.

3. How can an officer of the SSC influence other students to also engage in co-cu activities of the
collage?
- Empowering others to make significant decision is the key goal for student leaders influence
their colleagues in participating in co-cu activities because by this it gives greater voice to
students and encourages them to be informed by the activities that the student body
designed for them and making them part of the goal which also the school is benefited as
well.
