We think that director position should be a man, this position is the key to lead the organization to success. The director need to consider all the probability to make sure that is good a decision for the company despite it is a hard decision may damage the employees feeling or opinions or may be to fired a employees if it a good decision for the company. Instead of that, women they work or making decision by emotional, they cannot keep a cool-head just like man. If women in anger they will make some decisions may not bright for the company, women may take care of her employees better than man but to gain more success the company need a tough director. It may have some good advantages for the organization to have a leader or manager as a woman but it is not a given quota for a company.
