Greetings, Sir!

We would like to offer our thanks for accepting the invitation to be the honored guest speaker
for the event HORA: A Travel through the ECE Journey. As requested, here are the following details for
the event:

1. The time and date of the event will be from 7 AM – 11 AM, September 7, 2019, at the CS AVR.
The allotted time for your talk would be from 8:30 AM – 9:30 AM. There will be a 10-minute
Q&A after your talk.
2. The theme of the event will center around encouraging the ECE students to continue and work
hard with their studies towards graduation and to enlighten the students of what being an ECE
is all about.
3. Majority of the audience will be freshmen ECE students.
