ICE CREAM RECIPE

INGREDIENTS
For the ice cream mixture:
11 tablespoons sugar
27 grams milk powder
2 tablespoons cornstarch
500 ml milk

For flavoring:
1 teaspoon good quality vanilla extract
1 teaspoon cocopandan extract
10 oreo cookies

HOW TO MAKE:
1. At first, in the medium sauce pan, pour the sugar, cornstarch and milk powder along
with the milk. Turn the heat up, mix it well until thickened. Keep stirring so it doesn’t
get lumpy as the heat gradually rises.
2. Then, remove from heat when it comes to boil. Strain the hot mixture to a bowl and
chill in the refrigerator for about 5 hours.
3. After 5 hours, take the frozen milk out of the refrigerator. Scoop it into a larger bowl
and add the emulsifier.
4. Next, mix it around 20 minutes until it becomes fluffy.
5. Then, separates the ice cream mixture into different bowl to create flavors. Here I
have three different bowls for three different flavors. You can make any kind of
flavor that you like, but I’ll just go with vanilla, cocopandan, and cookies & cream by
adding crushed oreos.
6. At last, pour the flavored ice cream into the containers before chilling it back in the
refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
7. Finally, take it out from the refrigerator after 2 hours and you’ll have such a yummy
yet simple ice cream! It tastes best! Good luck!
