4. Any Change in delivery point except SNWPCL, Sirajganj will charge extra transportation cost.
5. Quotation price is valid only for 30 (Thirty) days.
6. Unit price will remain constant if order quantity variation within10%. Lowering order quantity above
variation limit extra 10% cost to be imposed on unit price products.
7. Warranty service to be applied those parts which are guaranteed by OEM (original Equipment
Manufacturer).
8. No warranty service is provided by M/S. Bismillah Enterprise except OEM of product.
9. Material supply lead time 30 (thirty) days must be allowed after confirmation of contract.
10. M/S. Bismillah Enterprise will not provide any warranty service for physical damage of the parts after
receiving by SNWPCL, Sirajganj.
