Cross Cultural Understanding

The topic of disscussion last Monday is Etiquette in Countries of European. From the
disscussion last Monday, I got some informations:

 Wasting bread is pretty bad form around Europe as in muslims,it called mubadzir. It
will be better to dont waste meals.
 We found some similarities wedding tradition such as wearing white dress. In
Indonesian,it looks holy and clean especially for musliMs,while in Europe it is
pioneered by Queen Victoria then the white color received a new symbol and
meaning, namely, which signifies purity, innocence, clarity, and luxury.
 Then, in dining etiquette, Europe is conttast with zig zag method (it is referred to
American Style) so you are not recommended to use the zig zag method in Europe
 In Spain, sipping agua (Air) with a couple of specific dishes is culturally taboo,then
the option is soft drink or wine.The tradition dictates to skip water in specific dishes
like octopus or soup because it can make stomachache. So, because it is a dining
etiquette it wilp be better if you choose the optionanl drink.
