The problem of unemployment and worry about future

1. Getting a good is important for everyone especially for newly- young graduates.

Generally, they rely on their close surroundings/ referrals or campus recruitment to have

the same. But the problem is that these young peoples are worried about their future by

thinking the educations or curriculum they get will be of no use in today’s social

conditions.

2. After getting a graduation or post-graduation certificate in the hand, everyone should at

least of one job in their hand so that after passing out from the institution they could settle

and sustain. And also, won’t blame the college or any particular institutional activity for

not getting a job offer.

3. The forces that can lead to ideal goals are-

(i) Enhancing educational standards.

(ii) Launching new empowerment programs.

(iii) Encouraging self-employment/ entrepreneurship.

(iv) Emphasis on skill development.

4. The forces against change-

(i) Geographical immobility

(ii) Occupational immobility.

(iii) Rapid technological advancement.

(iv) Location of the institution.

(v) Economical change.
