Many members of the local community have commented that there is insufficient space for
sports enthusiasts visiting the area during football season. Not only a new hotel could solve this
problem, but the luxury of this facility would bring numerous business people, who are interested
in investing in our community.
Suggestions
It would be advantageous to build a new luxury hotel in time for the major sport event not only
for our local sports team whose supporters are spread all over the country, but for our city and its
future development. This hotel has the possibility to influence the years to come and encourage
countless visitors to check in in time for the sport season.
Final recommendations
Implementation of the above ideas would result in more economical stability for our city and
additionally the sport team would be encouraged to excel.

Purpose
The aims of this proposal are to outline the need of sufficient football facilities in the area.
Considering the growing number of football players, the following information may be of
interest to the local council.
Current situation
There is a strong feeling among all concerned that there is insufficient space for sports players at
any age, to practice football. The majority of them practice in unsuitable places, for instance the
backyard, which may lead to lack of performance due to those improper conditions.
Suggestions
It would be advantageous to offer suitable facilities with exceptional conditions for football
players, therefore providing them with all the resources needed. Furthermore, they would have
all the conditions for proper and safe practice sessions, plus for competitions. In the long term,
more sports enthusiasts will practice football and join the team, having a change to excel under
proper conditions.

If the above suggestions are implemented, the football team would be well-trained and stand a
higher chance at winning more trophies.
