GREETINGS:

In compliance with the writ of execution issued by this Honorable Court dated 18
October 2018, commanding the undersigned Sheriff to cause the execution of money
judgment in the above-entitled case in which herein defendant is directed to pay to plaintiff
the amount of FORTY EIGHT THOUSAND SEVEN HUNDRED FIVE PESOS
(Php48,705.00), FORMAL and FINAL DEMAND is therefore made upon you to settle your
obligation the soonest possible time, preferably within five (5) days from receipt hereof.
Otherwise, we shall be left without recourse but to levy upon your personal/real properties
and the same will be applied to the full satisfaction of the judgment obligation.
If this matter is not resolved, you may be compelled, by an Order of the Court or
Subpoena to appear and be examined concerning your income and property before such court
or before a commissioner appointed by it, and your failure to obey such order or subpoena is
punishable for contempt as in other cases.
