This powerful quote makes me think about
courage and what it means to persevere,
even when the odds are against you. For
many, being courageous is the same as
being fearless – that you are literally without
fear and you act decisively and swiftly with
nothing to hold you back. But being
courageous doesn’t mean that you are
without fear, it means that you push forward,
even when you are afraid.
YOU MAY NOT HIT A HOME RUN
EVERY TIME, BUT YOU WON’T
ALWAYS STRIKE OUT EITHER.
Everyone is afraid of something, but what
matters is what you choose to do with that
fear. Will you let it stop you in your tracks or
will you have the courage to forge ahead?
I’ve seen so many FBOs face their fears head
on to emerge stronger, more confident and
more successful.
There’s Marie Alice Degraff, who never gave
up on her Forever business, even when her
home country of Haiti was thrown into
political chaos during a military coup in 1991.
She was forced to flee with her family and
nothing but the clothes on her back,
becoming a refugee. She pushed through the
kind of fear most of us can’t even imagine
and rebuilt her business.
And what about Veronika Lomjanski, who
literally kept her business afloat by ferrying
Forever products across a Serbian river
because all the bridges had been bombed
out. Despite the fact that much of her city of
Novi Sad was destroyed, Veronika still
managed to make sure she and her team
could keep their businesses and dreams
alive.
All over the world FBOs just like you are
confronting their own fears. But you don’t have
to be involved in such extreme circumstances
to feel fear. For some, it’s the fear of speaking in
public. Others are afraid of rejection or speaking
to strangers about Forever. These feelings are
all very natural and so many people share the
same fears you may have.
Babe Ruth didn’t view striking out as
something to be afraid of. It was just a normal
part of his career and every time he swung
and missed, he’d be one step closer to the
next home run. You will meet people who
may not share your vision or want to
discourage you. That’s okay. Every rejection
puts you one step closer to your next
achievement, whether it’s earning a new
customer or becoming a Manager.
I know you can overcome your fears because
I’ve seen so many people like you do just
that. Don’t let fear stop you from giving it your
all. You may not hit a home run every time,
but you won’t always strike out either. You’ll
learn a lot more with a swing and a miss than
you will sitting on the sidelines.

is worth doing well. But I don’t believe that. I think anything
worth doing is worth doing, even if you don’t do it as well as
you’d like. If we only focused on doing the things we’re
already good at, how would we learn, grow and improve?

Imagine someone decided to write a novel
and everyone she talked to said there’s no
way to do it without writing ten pages a
day. But she just didn’t have room in her
life for that kind of time commitment and
put the project on hold, ignoring the fact
that even if she only wrote one page each
night, she’d be closer to her goal every
single day.
Even if you only have time to make one or
two phone calls every day, you’ve still
accomplished 100% more than you would
have by doing nothing. If making ten
phone calls a day feels exhausting, try
making two. Setting up just one meeting
or following up with only one prospect will
still get you closer to your goal than giving
up and doing nothing.

complacence which will motivate us to continuously work on self-
improvement.

W hen the opportunity came to me Six years back and I

saw the marketing plan, I was not even sure whether
I would be successful as it was not easy to do Network
Marketing in Kerala. Before FLP, I had bad experiences with
other Networking Marketing Companies and therefore was
very cautious when I took FLP as my career.
The initial motivation came from the products and couple
of product testimonies made a very big difference in my
perception about the business and that was the time I
seriously started studying the marketing plan and understood
the power of it. The way I found the products unique, I found
the marketing plan to be equally unique offering a win-win

Though there were lot of restrictions and adversities in the
State of Kerala, the uniqueness of the marketing plan helped

me attain the Manager Level in September 2012 and Senior
Manager Level in February 2016. What followed was a series
of achievements like Millionaire’s Club, Car Plan, Manager’s
Retreat, Global Rally, Eagle Manager’s Retreat and the most
coveted Chairman’s Bonus. I feel proud to say that I never
missed any of them.
When I was working for other Networking Companies, I was
not even able to maintain a decent 5-figure income. In FLP
I touched 6-figure in the very first year which has been on
an ascending scale ever since. Among the dozen Managers
now in my group in Kerala, some are already millionaires and
others are inching towards the six-figure monthly cheque.

I was a big dreamer ever since I was a child. And all I wanted
to do was something extra ordinary to achieve my dreams.
I was pursuing my education in Mendhar, J&K when my
father passed away and my family faced massive financial
crises. To overcome the situation, I started working as a
teacher. It was a stable job and we were able to sustain
the effects of the crisis for the time being. But my ambitious
streak was kicking me from within as my dreams would have
never been fulfilled with the job.
While teaching, I was looking for an opportunity to balance
life and passion at the same time. This is when I came across

I faced many challenges initially as I came from a remote

The Royal Palace
