Fresh bail application/scanned copy received from filing

counter. Let it be checked and registered.

Arguments heard on bail application u/s 437 CrPC.

According to ld. Defence counsel, the accused is falsely

implicated in the present case. Investigation qua him is complete. The
accused is in JC since 13.09.2020. Applicant/accused is relative of co-
accused Sakil and when the accused Sakil was entering the examination
to appear in NEET examination some altercation took place between the
applicant/accused and school security persons. Thus applicant/accused
is falsely implicated in the present case. Therefore, the
applicant/accused may be admitted to bail.

Per Contra Ld. APP and IO have vehemently opposed the bail application.
I have considered submssions of both parties.

As per reply filed by IO the applicant/accused had visited the

DAV Model School, Shalimar Bagh i.e. center for NEET examination to
appear at the place of accused Sakil Ahamed and that said co-accused is
still at large. The investigation is still pending.

As per facts of the case, the offences are serious in nature. The
investigation is at initial stage. The co-accused is at large. Therefore,
there are chances of hampering the investigation if the accused is
admitted to bail at this stage, therefore, the bail application is dismissed.

Copy of the order be given to IO as well as ld. Defence counsel

through whatsapp/email by reader/Ahlmad.
