PROTRACTOR

It is a measuring instrument, typically made of


transparent plastic or metal, for measuring angles.
Some protractors are simple half-discs. More
advanced protractors, such as the bevel protractor,
have one or two swinging arms, which can be used to help
measure the angle.
MEASURING CUP

It is a kitchen utensil used primarily to measure the


volume of liquid or bulk solid cooking ingredients such
as flour and sugar, especially for volumes from about 50
mL (2 fl oz) upwards.
MEDICINE CUPS

Portion cups,soufflé cups,or measurement cups that
are used for dispensing medications. They are
small cups that often hold only 1 to 2 fluid ounces such as
the Premier Plastic 1 oz medicine cups. They are
manufactured with plastic or paper and are disposable.
WATER METER

It is mechanical devices and measures the flow


of water entering your home. Your meter is read monthly
and each month you receive a water/sewer bill based on
the amount of water you use. The meter only records
the water used.
ELECTRIC METER OR ENERGY METER

It is a device that measures the amount of


electric energy consumed by a building, tenant space, or
electrically powered equipment. Electric utilities use
electric meters installed at customers' premises to
measure electric energy delivered to their customers for
billing purposes.
MEDICAL THERMOMETER

It is used for measuring human or


animal body temperature. It is also called
clinical thermometer.
STEEL TAPE

It is made of steel ribbon of width varying from 6 to


16mm. The commonly available length are 10m, 20m 30m
and 50m. It is graduated in metres, decimeters, and
centimetres. Steel tapes are used for accurate
measurement of distances.
TAPE MEASURE OR MEASURING
TAPE

It is a flexible ruler used to measure size or distance.


It consists of a ribbon of cloth, plastic, fibre glass, or metal
strip with linear-measurement markings. It is a
common measuring tool.
RULER

It is used for measuring a line, and the straight edge


allows them to be used for drawing, scoring, or cutting.
They are often used in technical drawing, math &
geometry, engineering, carpentry, and print fields.
