is communication, as a leader we must be able to speak well so that cooperation can work

responsibility, A leader is responsible for both the successes and failures of his or her team. 
Other than that a leader must have a good and wise attitude because your team is a mirror of
your attitude. Last to be a good leader we must leadership tasks, leadership tasks include,
praise often, and praise publicly, make sure employees know what to do, set up plans to get
feedback, and show it is used, develop a positive culture, and ask for feedback about
