My Philosophy in Education

I believe that students are

 Diverse and have their own paces of learning

 Culturally diverse and unique in their own way
 Able to produce knowledge based on their own experiences
 Brilliant and needs undying support from teachers
 Not a blank slate but is filled with experiences and cultural
values.

I believe that the ideal unchanging universal value that transcend

beyond changing times must be taught and be modeled for students to
caught morals and values necessary as an individual and as a useful
individual in the society.

I believe that as a teacher

 I should help students expand their learning and help them create
meaning and knowledge based on their experiences to solve real
life problem-solving scenario.
 I must not impose meaning but they must make meaning of what
they are taught.
 I must not force students to learn the lesson immediately but wait
for them to catch the lesson in their own pace and time.
 Students must be encouraged to communicate his/her ideas and
feelings with ease.
