Our group chose RMA Manpower and Consultancy Services to conduct an interview on
how they apply human behavior such as Motivation in their management scheme. These are
the questions we asked on one of their employees.

*How do you delegate task to your customer?


- we delegate task to everyone base on the work prioritize. Task is immediate request are
needed to prioritize. Other task is based on their job description. It is often based on day-to-day
basis on which to prioritize.
*In what ways are you motivating the employees?
- Motivating employees are important. In this way, they are equipping, more diligent and will
have the eagerness to perform their task effectively. Ways on motivating employees such as: in
monetary form, appreciation through certificates or promotions whichever is applicable.
*How do you manage stress among your team members?
- Stressful moments are common among offices but it can be managed through teamwork and
cooperation with everyone. Arguing with each other and fighting are not the solutions. Set a
meeting and have an open forum with everyone is the best way to deal with stress.
*How do you relate yourself with your team?
- When you are in a higher position, you must treat your employees kindly. They are also
humans and have feelings. Treat them kindly, if they done something wrong, do not humiliate
them. Have a closed door meeting with them.
*Do you give your team recognition/appreciation? how?
- Yes, recognition or appreciation is important to give your employees eagerness to perform
their task effectively. Recognition through money, rewards, or promotions.
