It is brought to your kind notice that Physical measurement of Plot # 274 B in

PGSHFS Adiala Road Rawalpindi which is alloted to the under signed comes to 2175.409 SFT
(9.7 Marlas) as per Letter No. PGSHF/Dir (E&L) RWP/B/43/25/2226 Dated 29-06-2015 where
as it is alloted to me to Marlas vide Letter # PGSHF/Dir (E & L) RWP/B/43125/567 dated 04-
06-2015. (Photo copy attached).
I have made payment for Marlas 2250 SFT. Now the difference in Payment
reflects as follows:
Alloted and paid amount for 10 Marlas 2250 SFT
Physical hand over 9.7 Marlas 2176.409 SFT
Short 73.595 SFT

It is therefore requested either allot the deficient land or refund my extra

payment which comes to Rs. 42716 (Rs. 580.422 per SFT)
