Rules and Regulation

1. Grades
-All Varsity players should have passing grades in all their subjects by the start of the
preliminary or the midterms
-Final grades should be submitted to the coach or trainer for individual evaluation of
player
-If player is unable to pass all subjects by the end of the midterms he/she will be
subjected to training suspension and due for the removal of scholarship

2. Training

-All players should always be in time during practices and game

-All players should be in proper playing attire during practices and official games

-During training days, player should not be engaging in liquor drinking sessions either in
occasion or peer encouragement

-No player should come to practices or in official games if intoxicated with liquor (player
who will be caught or proven with the said statement will be subjected to school
dismissal.

-All players should abide with training program given by the coach or trainer

Player should finish following exercise and drill after midterms

1. 5,000 suicides
2. 3,000 push-ups
3. 3,000 seat-ups
4. 1,000 pull-ups
5. 2000 minutes slow jog
6. 1800 minutes sprint jog
7. Couper Test
8. 20,000 dig pass
9. 20,000 set pass
10. 20,000 service
11. 20,000 blocks
