It is to submit to your kind notice the health condition of RI sri K. Tulasi rao. He is diabetic since
2004. He was diagnosed to be having diabetes during routine health check up at yashoda hospital,
Hyderabad .since then he is on medication. He was taking oral drugs since then until 2019.He was
started insulin from 14/9/2019 in view of uncontrolled diabetes. Insulin glargine 20units at night along
with oral drugs. Insulin dose is increased to 30units at night from 20/8/2020.

He had taken treatment for shoulder injury on 4/2/2019 , which is now normal.

He had taken covid treatment from 9/7/2020 to 19/7/2020.

Present his blood sugar levels are as follows

FBS – 263mg/dl

RBS – 329mg/dl

PPBS – 415 mg/dl

HbA1c – 11.4g%

CRP – 1.1mg/dl

Lipid profile and LFT are within normal limits.
