Dear Sir,
In continuation to this office offer of allotment letter dated S-1-
2008 and office of Chief Commissioner, ICT letter dated 16.12.2009, it is to inform
you that since Ministry of Law Justice and Human Rights has paid total cost of land
amounting to Rs.10,89,00,000/- and provided approval of Prime Minister of Pakistan,
Authority confirms the allotment of land measuring 05 Acres (24200 Sq. Yards)
situated in Mauve Area, Sector G-10/1, Islamabad for construction of office building
for ICT administration and Lawyer chambers subject to the following term &
conditions of allotment:-
1 ‘The land will be leased out on 33 years lease basis extendable for
two subsequent terms of 33 years each.
2 In addition to the premium Annual Ground Rent @ Rs.4/- Per
square yard will be payable in the first week of every year in
advance( whether formally demanded or not). The rate of AGR
will be increased by 15% after every three years.
3. Possession of Jand will be taken over by the lessee through Land
Survey Division CDA. .
4. Lessee will also be required to pay the conservancy charges
@Rs.8/50 per month to CDA for so long as the building is not
built up.
5. Lessce will execute Lease Agreement for subject land within four
month from the date of issue of this letter. However, draft
agreement shall be provided by CDA and lessee will get it
registered with the Yoflice of Joint Sub Registrar Islamabad,
However, Registration fec and other expenses for registration
purpose will be bore by the lessee.
6. Water charges for construction purpose (upto the date of
completion or assumed date of completion will be charged as pet
policy.
1 Charges on delayed payments will be levied as per rules on all
type of payments. Non provision of infrastructure or ull
services at site for any reason will be no justification for m0"

High Cour Islamabad for allotment of land for session, court east has been So idered

Dear Sir,
Capital Development Authority is pleased to inform you that request of
Islamabad High Court; Islamabad for allotment of land for extension of Islamabad High
Court Building has been considered and approved by the CDA Board subject to the
approval of the Prime Minister of Pakistan and payment of cost of land. So it has been
decided by the authority to allot a piece of land measuring 03 acres (14,520 Sq. Yards) at
Constitution Avenue, Islamabad subject to the following conditions:~
1. ‘The land will be leased out on 33 years lease basis extendable for two subsequent
terms of 33 years each.
