How Much and How Many Useful Language
We use How many on things we can count (countable), for example: ● If you can put the word in a
plural form it is countable, if
● Almost every thing that can be produced: car, house, cellphone, not is uncountable.

● Most of the foods: Apple, Pizza, Eggs, Tomato, etc. thing putting them into
containers, like bottle, glass,
jar, gallon, hand, etc.
We use how much for things that are uncountable, for example: ● You can count uncountable
things cutting or dividing
● Liquids: Coffee, Tea, Juice, Whiskey, Honey, etc them into slice, loaf, piece
● Foods that resemble liquids: Soup, Rice, Pasta, Sugar, Flour, Salt,
Butter.

The countable and uncountable words are very similar to portuguese, but
