hello, i've been to post office since 27th, then 28th, yet the customer service were not

open until
monday 4th of march...

Usually if there is any package or delivery from another country (you can track my succesful
transaction as a buyer, which always happened until now) there is some sort of receipt, or mail,
contain that I should report first to custom office beside post office before I can get my package (this
happens after the courier that I used to know got transfered, before that, he always checked in for
me as I used to do this).

So what was actually happened is, I never got a receipt nor any some sort of email or message from
post office that tell me that my package have arrives, I checked regularly through my aliexpress
profile, It still says "Shipment at local distribution center". And shocked that in 27th february my
package got returned, I rushed there and it was too late..

Why am i not just straight up to the post office to check the status before? there is backstory here...

1. If the package still not "100% done" going through numerous delivery checking (even though it
says you can collect it), you can't just take for I don't know reason, i've been done this before my job
take my most of the time, approximately take one and half hour just to drive to post office, queue,
collect the package, pay the parking spot... so usually I take 1 week after the package says
completely collectable

2. There is one time, my package just showed "Shipment at local distribution center", actually my
mom's set of toe nail correction, after one month and still not updated, i just go to post office, they
insisted that my package still not done... I just don't believe it (as pos indonesia is known to be worst
courier, yet they are the one that government owned and monopoly-ed incoming package from
another country, customer service that only open for 5 hours (work hours 10am-3pm) for 3 days?)...
after long time talk and I dare to give me warranty if my package is not at my hands until aliexpress is
expired... they just give me a call so I can just go straight to warehouse.. And simple conclusion: my
package is got hid under I don't know what excuse warehouse staff told me... And still the worst part
is warehouse staffs is extremely rude, they deny it, literally mocked me for hassling them with my
"imaginative package" they told me.. I just gently says that I'll go back to front and fill the complaint
about my "missing package" as I am very uncomfortable in that situation (literally standing in front
door, cannot enter nor wait outside as they said i should wait just there, for near an hour)... They
actually found, said it got hid, and I don't know why they just mocked me again as I leave
(seriously?)... and i was swore that i'll bnever go to warehouse again whatever happened...

So anything, does it bother you if you resend my package? I am very sorry about this even though is
not 100% my fault, willing to know how much cost to send it back here, or any refund if negotiable
