Online Registration Procedure for First Year Graduate Students

(Regular and Extension)
Dates of Registration
December 11 & 12, 2020 for Regular Students
December 12 & 13 for Extension Students

Both regular and extension first year students of the following colleges should
complete their registration process as steps indicated from 1-8 next to the list of
colleges.
Colleges: 1. College of Social Sciences
2. College of Law and Governance Studies
3. College of Humanities, Language Studies, Journalism and
Communication
4. College of Education and Behavioral Studies
5. College of Business and Economics (Excluding School of
Commerce)
6. College of Natural and Computational Sciences
7. College of Developmental Studies
8. College of Performing and Visual Arts
Step 1. Check on the portal your admission status and get your ID. No.
Step 2. Collect your password from your department/school/center or college
registrar offices.
Step 3. Begin by logging into the portal.aau.edu.et with your Username (ID No.)
and password.
Step 4. Click on Registration ------> Check your courses, Tuition fees and registration
fee (120 Birr + tuition fees for self-sponsored regular and extension students).
Step 5. Complete your Registration fee and Tuition fee (Self sponsored regular
and extension students) using CBE Birr with short code 242424.
Step 6. Update your profile (Birth Date, email address, Phone No., Photograph…)!
and Click Here >>>
Step 7. Select Courses ------> Click on Submit. You will receive confirmation
notice immediately.

Step 8. Click on Logout to close the application.
