With reference to the subject cited above, I am to say that my daughter Ms Subhasree
panigrahi has been in +2 2nd year science in Vikram Dev Autonomous College. Government has
closed all the colleges owing to outbreak of COVID-19 pandemic since March 2020. I am very
pleased to know that Government have decided to reopen the colleges from 08.01.2021.

I do hereby give my consent to allow my daughter to attend classes by wearing face mask
and will maintain physical distance as per COVID-19 guidelines issued by Government from
time to time.
