Recommended Structure:

1. Executive summary (5 points);

2. Introduction/Background (5 points)
3. Business Analysis (e.g. Industry Analysis, SWOT Analysis, Porter Five Forces, Product analysis etc)
(35 points)
4. Financial Analysis (35 points)
a. Horizontal and vertical analysis (a two year data will be sufficient)
b. Ratio analysis (Liquidity, Solvency, Profitability)
c. Cash flow statement analysis (including free cash flow)
5. Recommendations/Action Plan to Improve Performance (10 points)
6. References ( 2points)
 7. Calculations/Appendix (8 points).

Deadline: 30 April 2020.

A maximum 20 pages analysis (single space, excluding references and appendix).
