SUBJECT: CENTRALLY BILLED UK DPC CHARGES – OVERCHARGE IN JUNE2005 INVOICE

You will be aware that DPC charges for transactions processed in April and May 2005 were billed to your Head
Office in the invoice issued from IATA Geneva in June 2005.

Owing to a systems error, SCUs were doubled charged on the invoice for both of these months, leading to an
incorrect amount being shown under Additional Services section, service line "UTP_SCU / Core Processing of
SCU”.

To make good this error, the amount of the overcharge will be deducted from the invoice to be issued for your
June 2005 processing charges. This adjustment will result in a lower than normal invoice amount for your June
processing charges. All other charges shown on the invoice issued in June are correct. For guidance, the
UTP_SCU overcharge equates to approx 35% of the value of the invoice issued in June 2005.

We apologise for this error and steps are being taken to ensure that it does not happen again.
