“Krutha” – relatively few humans. Rate of the growth is less. Less emotional. Longevity is 50,000yrs.
Total 1,728,000 “Soorya Warsha”. At the end of the era ¼ of all living & non living things are subjected to
the destruction. (“ Maya “ ershi the author of the book also lived in island “Shalmali” in this era.)

“Thretha” – evolution from the rest. More prone to the craving. Rate of growth is high & destruction is
also occurring at the same rate. Humans are completed with spiritual wisdom. Longevity is 10,000yrs.
Total 1,296,000 “Soorya Warsha”. Only ½ of the things destroy at the end of this era.(It says powerful
ershis named “Pulasthi” “Agasthi” Rawana” lived in this era.)

“Dwhapara” – Rate of the growth is high. Human behavior causes the intimidating of human race. More
defilements emerge through the community. More bribery & stealing happening. But the world is
getting advance physically. Longevity is 1000yrs. Total 1,864,000 “Soorya Warsha”. At the end of this
era ¾ of all things are subjected to destruction.

“Kali” – meaning impure. More of the humans are advance with the physical wisdom but not spiritually.
Humans with spiritual wisdom more prone to avoid the community. Blind devotion is everywhere.
Growing rate is high due to the prevalence of lust, craving, aggressiveness & ignorance. Get the higher
rate of advancement with the technology & face the destruction at the same rate, so no net
advancement at last. Longevity is less than 1000 but more are less than 120yrs. Total 432,000yrs. At the
end of this era all living elementary things are subjected to the destruction.

There is gap between the end of the “kali” & the beginning of the “Krutha” called “Sandhi” which is
uncountable.

Present situation – we have passed 6 “Manushya Kalpa” & 27 “Maha Yuga”. Now we are in 5110yrs in
“Kali Yuga” of 28th “MahaYuga”. At the end of this era solar system becomes to the “Meenantha’ i.e all
the planets in the solar system come to a line which causes the destruction of the world.
