In reference to your advertisement from bicol access health centrum. I am interested in

applying for the position of midwife with your hospital. My brief data, as shown below.

I am a graduate student in midwife at Institute of Health Science Karya Husada Semarang. I

graduated Diploma III midwifery, on campus I often follow organizations such as BEM, KSR
and participate in a activity campus any other. I am the best student and the best graduate on
my campus. Basides that I also often attend seminar of national level. I have a very good
health condition and able to speak English both orally and in writing. My education
background is satisfactory. I have been accustomed to working with computers. Especially
operate MS Office application packages, such as Word, Excel, and powerpoint. I love to
learn,and can work independently and in teams with good.

I have 4 years experience as a midwife and I would like to apply for the position of midwife
clerk with your hospital with this background, I certainly believe that I am competent to meet
challenging tasks and can makes good contribution to your company.

My high level of motivation has been recognized by my previous employer who quickly
promoted me to a more responsible position. I was promoted from midwife in the delivery
room to deputy head of the delivery room after only five months.
