2. Date: 2/13/2021
3. Artifact Description:
4. What you learned: I learned how to make a database and check results on
google forms. I have never made a questionnaire like this before and it was
actually really fun. It was not hard to use and I had an easy time maneuvering
through the application.
5. National Educational Technology Standards for Students (NETS)•S Addressed

5A- Students formulate problem definitions suited for technology-assisted

methods such as data analysis, abstract models and algorithmic thinking in
exploring and finding solutions.

5B- Students collect data or identify relevant data sets, use digital tools to analyze
them, and represent data in various ways to facilitate problem-solving and
decision-making.

7C- Students contribute constructively to project teams, assuming various roles

and responsibilities to work effectively toward a common goal.

6. Application of Skills Learned for the Future: This type of project would be a
good way for students to learn more about their peers and it would be really
good for teachers when the classes have to make a decision. It would be fun
for students to ask each other questions this way, and then the whole class
could answer and students can be shown how to see the results.
