lengan dapat bergerak ke belakang, hadapan, sisi atau berputar

shoulder
make movement of the upper body

badan sebelah atas dapat bergerak

make movement of the upper body
backbone

knee legs to bend and straighten

hips kaki dapat bengkok dan lurus
