BACKGROUND

Nowadays people mostly like economical and practical products, but there are so many
toxican substances in that products that can make people in danger. For example, in dish soap.
There are two types of dish soap, the liquid one and cream one. But the liquid one is the most
used now because it is more practical than the cream one but it is consists of dangerous
substance like APE’s (Alkyl Phenoxy Ethanols) that can stimulate the growth of lung cancer
cells. So we need a dish soap which is safe for our health. With this homemade dish soap, you
can decrease your health risk because it is made of non toxican substance

AIM

 To create healthy dish soap


 To avoid user from danger of toxican substance

LIMITATION

On making this product we limit just on the liquid form because this form is more
practical than other form

MATERIALS

Super Washing Soda – 1/3 cup (3.5 oz )

Vegetable Glycerin – 1/2 Tbsp (optional)

Liquid Castile Soap – 1 cup (8 ounces)

Water – 1 cup (8 ounces) Bucket


In this project, we use the medium
cylindrical blue plastic bucket. The bucket
consists of two parts :
- The handle
- The container We also use the medium easy brown
Both of them are made of plastic so it make wooden stirrer. The stirrer comprises two
us easier to carry the bucket. parts :
- The handle
- The stirrer
Stirrer Both of them are made of wood, the shape
of the handle is cylindrical. The stirrer is
rectangular.

Glass Bottle

We use the glass bottle because it is transparent and it make us easier to see through the bottle.

PROCCES

You don’t need so many materials or tools because this is the homemade products. You just
have to prepare a bucket, a stirrer, a bottle, and of course the ingredients such 1/3 cup of Super
Washing Soda, 1 cup of Water, 1 cup of Liquid Castile Soap, 1/2 Tablespoon of Vegetable
Glycerin. The first thing you have to do is boil the water. After the water is boiled, pour the
washing soda into the boiling water then stir it until washing soda is completely dissolved. After
that, cool it to room temperature. Then add 1 cup of Liquid Castile Soap and also 1/2 Tablespoon
of Vegetable Glycerin, stir it until well combined. Finally store it in a glass bottle.

* use 2 tablespoons of Castile Soap Dish Washing Liquid per large sink of water
* For best results rinse dishes washed in Castile soap in a sink of water with 1 cup of white vinegar
added
