SETTING GOALS

This is not a common guide that will simply give you steps on how
to succeed in life. We'll analyze the trajectory of Andrea Wallace, a young
woman with long straight hair, brown eyes, and ordinary looks. She moved
from Atlanta to Silicon Valley in order to make her dreams come true.
In Silicon Valley, there are many high-tech corporations and start-
up companies. That was the best place for Wallace to join a world-
renowned company and get the knowledge to start her own venture. But it
was not only Silicon Valley that determined Wallace's success. She knows a
lot about setting goals. Her mission is to make a difference in the world and
be a good influence to people. Her vision is to improve the lives of her
clients with her service and influence the American youth into fighting for
their dreams creating a community of young leaders in the near future.
Setting goals is not a waste of time. In fact, it saves time and spares
you unnecessary failure. The fact that Andrea always has clear mission,
values, and vision helps her to set goals. The first thing anyone needs to do
in order to establish goals is to reflect on the mission, values, and vision
they carry.
Think of the following: Living without setting goals is like trying to
hit a target blindfolded.
